RESERVATION POLICIES:

In order to ensure proper reservation of services, a deposit of 50% of the quoted invoice is required to reserve date and time for requested services. If initial date and time are not able to be met for whatever reason, rescheduling is possible without any additional booking fee. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If the reserved date and time are unable to be met, the balance of the invoice minus the deposit amount will be returned without question to the client. The only exception to this policy is on a case by case basis (i.e. legitimized family emergency or act of god) in which case the deposit amount will be refunded in full.

Refund of Services:

We value your continued support of our business. In the event that we are unable to complete the requested services (act of god, illness, etc.) the balance of the invoice, including deposit, will be returned to the client in full, no questions asked.

Third Party Usage:

Upon completion of services, clients are given limited licensing rights to all final images. Images are for use of the clients only, any unauthorized third party usage is strictly prohibited and may be liable to legal action as a result.

Image Retention

All final images are maintained on digital file for a maximum of 1 calendar year. If the client requires an additional copy of files, one will be provided without question as long as the request is made within the timeframe allotted. Any request for duplicate images is made outside of the 1 year timeframe, an administrative fee of $25 will be incurred.
